New Tooling installed in a Sacma Slitting line
We are happy to say that we have finisched the testing of a new slitter tooling installed in a new Sacma slitting line for cutting of CRGO silicon steel.
The customer is fully satisfied about the machine and the tooling.
We have produced a tooling complete lapped,all the pieces are in +/-0,001 mm of tolerance on the thickness and +/-0,002mm of planarity.
The circular blades are made in a special alloy of tungsten carbide,lapped and polished for the best performance in terms of performance and life-time.
As you know,the silicon steel strips are one of the most diffilcult field in terms of burr permitted,MAX 0,01mm.
Without the right experience and technology,is diffilcult achieve good performance.
